Returns

• You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

• The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• Items damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you.

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

• Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash (as applicable).

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours with pictures for quick resolution.
